Boldenone undecylenate – nowadays also known as Equipose – became known under the brand name of the company Laboratorios Ganabol V. M. LTDA, Bogota, Colombia. Original Ganabol is nowadays rarely used in bodybuilding because the dosage of 25 or 50mg / ml was too low. Various Underground Labs distribute alternatives with a dosage of 200 or 300mg / ml.
Boldenone undecylenate is a veterinary steroid. It has a strong anabolic effect and is a moderately androgen. It provides a steady and consistent gain in mass and strength. However, best results are achieved when Equipose is used in conjunction with other steroids. Equipose can exceptionally stack well with Anadrol (Oxymetholone) or an injectable testosterone like Sustanon 250 . Equipose is also highly effective for contest preparation because it could have a very bad flavor. The hardness and density of the muscles can be improved if Equipose is stacked with parabolan (trenbolone Hexahydrobencylcarbonat), Halotestin (fluoxymesterone), or Winstrol (stanozolol). Boldenone should be stored at room temperature. The drug should not be exposed to temperatures below 0 °C. Boldenone is dissolved in sesame oil and should not be physically mixed with other drugs. When injections are to be made frequently with high doses at the same place, an oil abscess can form. Oil abscesses often dissolve on its own, but in some cases, must include an action of a doctor.
It should be noted that in theory if one was to consistently suppress your natural estrogen levels for a long period of time, this would negatively impact your health, including your cholesterol. Due to the ability of Letrozole- to inhibit estrogen so much, this should definitely be a concern to most users. However the research that has focused on the relationship between use of letrozole and cholesterol levels is rather inconsistent in it's findings. Many studies have concluded that the compound is detrimental to both a user's HDL and LDL cholesterol levels, while other research has found no link. Obviously individuals are best served to monitor their cholesterol while using any compound via blood tests however barring that, letrozole should simply not be run for extended periods of time if at all possible. Doing so could cause serious medical complications.
Along with the issues related to blood lipids is the fact that many users complain that their libido is dramatically reduced when using the compound. This is related to the fact that estrogen is partly responsible for the regulation of an individual's sex drive. Since Letrozole- is so potent it can often drive estrogen levels too low and this inhibits a user's libido. To avoid this users can lower dosages, but some anecdotally report that even extremely low doses of the drug can cause problems. If this is the case a less potent compound such as exemestane or anastrozole may be a more appropriate option.
Stephan Bonnar and Josh Barnett , mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters from the UFC and PRIDE Fighting Championships , have also tested positive for the banned substance. After the World Extreme Cagefighting show on January 20, 2006 Muay Thai turned MMA fighter Kit Cope also tested positive for boldenone. Following the Strikeforce card on June 22, 2007 former PRIDE and UFC fighter Phil Baroni tested positive for boldenone, as well as stanozolol . At a K-1 WGP event in Las Vegas on August 17, 2007 two fighters, Rickard Nordstrand and Zabit Samedov , both tested positive for boldenone. Alexandre Franca Nogueira tested positive for boldenone in July 2008.
