Yes, it's true that some people have a mutation in a gene called DEC2 that allows them to sleep very little, around six hours, and be healthy with no fatigue.  There are even reports of "hypersomniacs" that do well on less than an hour a night. But chances are, if you're reading this, you're not one of them and you're tired and you need some way to get some more sleep.
