Natural ways to build testosterone

I’ve been researching about eating healthy and living a better life. I’ve read repeatedly about drinking several glasses of water a day. My question is: if the faucets in the home have calcification on them, does that get into our body? I learned the HVAC and water heater need to be cleaned every 6 months or at least yearly. Also, to have a water purification and water softener system. Many articles I’ve read suggest “detoxing” several times a year, too! Although some doctors suggest doing it weekly. If you’re doing a detox smoothie once a day, and drinking lots of purified water would that be enough? I noticed some herbs are specifically for detoxing certain parts of the body, but are not sold regularly in the healthfood stores or produce markets. Do you suggest any full body detoxification programs for general health and weight loss?

I don’t think, however, that those who “fail” in abstinence in marriage are guilty of a moral fault. One of the ways that we are fearfully and wonderfully made is that we have a legitimate desire for our spouse. For many women that desire is actually the greatest at the time of the greatest fertility. We’re designed that way. We may, for serious reasons, put that aside. However, there’s not necessarily something wrong with us if we don’t. A conception doesn’t necessarily happen just because you are intimate at the most fertile time. Loads of infertile couples will tell you that all of the exact timing in the world does not result in a baby unless God wills it. A loving married couple does need to look at the goods of both people, and sometimes NFP is a way to be loving towards one or the other spouse due to health issues, or due to one or the other being too overwhelmed to eagerly welcome another baby into the family. However, beyond being loving to your spouse, it seems to me, that a “failure” in abstinence is simply loving your spouse in the way that married couples express love.

Your Brain: Use It or Lose It
When we meet an elderly individual with mental acuity, we are inspired.  We say things like, ''Can you believe she’s 90? She seems so much younger!  Still sharp as a tack.''

Although dementia does have a genetic component, lifestyle has a tremendous impact on whether history will repeat itself.  Many habits, such as exercise and healthy eating, can keep our brain cells functioning well into our elderly years.  Some research even shows that seniors who keep their brains stimulated enjoy the same quality of life as younger people.

To keep your mind sharp, play games such as Scrabble, chess, and Sudoku, or do crossword puzzles.  Read, go to lectures, concerts and the theatre.  Learn to play a musical instrument, or study a foreign language. Anything that continually stimulates your mind and keeps you learning new things is helpful to your brain.

Most importantly, maintain friendships and social connections.   An Australian longitudinal study found that older adults with the strongest network of friends were 22% less likely to die during the study than those with weaker social networks.


Don't call a plastic surgeon to delay getting older! Grab a friend, go for a walk, or play a game of Scrabble. Do what you can to slow the aging process naturally, and enjoy all of your years to their fullest!
